Unprecedented level of emphasis is placed upon innovation nowadays in order for companies to gain advantage over competing firms. Since its foundation, Lopal has set up schemes to ensure the investment in R&D department. Currently Lopal is among the most innovative privately owned businesses in China, owning multiple patents and exclusive technologies. Without even counting in researches in progress, Lopal now offers several distinctive series of products that have acquired the certification from American Petroleum Institute (API) and International Lubricant Standardization and the Authentication Committee (ILSAC).
After serious consideration, Lopal decided to set up 3E Lubricant Technology Laboratory in 2007 primarily focusing on the development of environmental-friendly and energy-saving products. A seemingly bold move finally comes to fruition: over 20 most advanced technologies are now in service and great improvements of performance are witnessed for tens of products.
At the center of all vehicles and machineries are engines whose efficiency heavily depends upon the quality of lubricant. Lopal’s close observation of technological breakthrough among international competitors, combined with its local wisdom bred from years of serving domestic clients, give us an edge over competitors in better satisfying specific demands of our customers.
At the same time, Lopal’s innovation is customer-oriented, thus allowing each of our products to target at different segments of market. Greenhouse gas emission is popularly recognized as a major contributor to global climate abnormalities in recent years. Therefore, governments of different countries have universally agreed on implementing stricter regulation, and the imposition of emission standard is constantly used as an effective weapon in dealing with climate change. Up till now, EPA2010 emission standard is in effect in United States while its equivalent in European Union, the EU VI emission standard, is close to official implementation. At the same time, China is ready to release the newest China IV emission standard, with Beijing and other major metropolises being regulated by even higher standard: the China V emission standard.
Lopal keenly investigated the business opportunity coming from a rising concern over emission and its negative influence on environment. Recognizing that clients will be demanding greener products once emission standard is put into practice, Lopal launched series of products, such as "Jing Wei" SL, SM, SN gasoline engine oil and "Xi Ya" CI-4, CJ-4 diesel engine oil. Always bearing business partners’ interest in mind, Lopal shared its vision with downstream wholesalers and retailers and actively assisted them in transformation of their distribution channel and construction of sales network. Lubricant quality is to a great extent determined by the base oil and additives applied in its production. To better serve our clients, we carefully select the world-class suppliers of raw materials. Currently we have built up long-term cooperation with a top five base oil and additives supplier in the world. This contract enables us to continuously provide our customers with the finest products.
Lopal have acquired the related product certification from American Petroleum Institute (API) and international lubricant standardization and the authentication committee ILSAC、ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification、ISO14001 International Environment Management System Certification、CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation、TS16949 Certification. We also acquired the authentication certificate from a wealth of prominent firms such as MAN, Benz, Volkswagen, Cummins, Porsche, Volvo, JAC etc. Moreover, Lopal was awarded the title "Famous Brand in Jiangsu Province", "Brand-name Product in Jiangsu Province", "Best Innovative Enterprise in China" and multiple other prizes as well. Our production lines now manufacture automobile gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, vehicle gear oil, hydraulic oil, antifreeze coolants, brake fluid, motor bicycle oil, automobile curing products and several other special oil products for mechanical facilities. Our annual production capacity tops 300,000 tons, with single shift capacity reaching over 100,000 tons. Lopal has become one of the fastest growing enterprises of lubricant industry in China.
We currently supply our products to over 60 major auto manufacturers, engineering machinery manufacturer and engine manufacturer exclusively, including but not limited to Beijing Auto Corp, GAC, JAC, YuTong, Dongfeng, FAW, Kinglong, Zoomlion, Shanghai Diesel, Chaoyang Diesel Yangzhou Diesel.
